Application field
1, Widely used in flavor formula, the amount should often be less than 0.1%. Used in rose, neroli, lily of the valley, peony, iris, sunflower leaf, sweet orange, lemon, jasmine, tuberose, parsnip and many other fragrances.
2, Edible spices. Mainly used in the preparation of orange, lemon and white lemon flavor. The dosage is minimal.
3, Nonylaldehyde has a strong fat smell and sweet orange smell, its dilute ethanol solution has vanillin and aroma, used as a food additive.
